beauty salon covid 19 warrington

Our New Salon Guidelines

Things are a little different to how they used to be in the salon since we have reopened after Covid-19 and so we just wanted to let you know what to expect when visiting us and what our new salon guidelines are.

We are asking that all appointments are paid via card where possible. If you need to re arrange or cancel your appointment please ensure you give 24 hours notice to avoid losing 50% off your payment (loyalty points and gift vouchers are included in this)

Don’t forget- if you are booking for any tinting or lash treatments, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You must make a patch test appointment with us. If you have recently tested positive for Covid or had your vaccination, you will need to wait 10-14 days before being re patch tested again.

If making a booking for anyone under 16, please make sure the salon is aware as not all treatments are suitable for under 16’s and we are not insured to offer certain treatments.

Please ensure you do not arrive any earlier than your appointment time to ensure your therapist has finished with their last customer. Please do not bring any unnecessary bags or belongings with you and extra guests will not be allowed to enter the salon unless they also have an appointment.

When entering the salon, please make sure you use our sanitising station in the entrance before your therapist takes you to your treatment area. We will have contacted you the day before your appointment to ask you a few quick questions relating to Covid-19, on arrival to your appointment you will be asked to confirm these do not apply to you before your appointment can go ahead.

Our team will have full PPE on during your treatment which will be changed between every customer, we ask that you please ensure you have a face mask for your visit to us or you can purchase one at the salon. If you are hard of hearing or depend on lip reading, please make us aware and your therapist will wear a face visor instead of face mask.

This year has been a very very strange one and we would like to thank everyone for their support during lock down and now that we have reopened. Things may still be a little strange and the salon may not be able to run as it used to, but we want to ensure your visit is just as relaxing and enjoyable whilst also keeping you and our team safe.

If you have any questions or concerns about your visit, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us!

Looking forward to seeing you,

Kayleigh & The LL Team.
