Our resurfacing skin treatment gently removes the first layer (the stratum corneum) of the skin and up to 1/2 of the granulosum layer to smooth fine lines, “stained” skin cells and to encourage skin regeneration.
NO down time is needed after this treatment- the skin will not be left red or needing any recovery time.
A gentle but effective 21% combined peel, the only skin type this treatment is not suitable for is Rosacea skins.

WHAT ARE AHA’S?
AHA’s are a chemical exfoliation acid which helps uneven skin tones, textures, pigmentation, wrinkles and much more. There are lots of AHA’s, many of which you may have heard of; glycolic acid/ lactic acid/ malic acid.

HOW IS THE PEEL GENTLE?
Peels are safe, however, we still have to respect that we are removing up to 1 1/2 layers of skin.
We don’t want any downtime (shedding) but still want to see results and so we build up the skins tolerance to AHA’s by starting off with the peel being on for just 2 minutes and then over the time of your Skin Resurfacing Treatments increasing the time up to a maximum of 10 minutes.
DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING AFTER HAVING A PEEL?
This treatment gives you a new skin effect, revealing new cells that would be damaged by UV if not protected.
We advise you stay out of the sun for 48 hours after your treatment and to use our Daily DNA SPF 30 for ATLEAST 8 days after.
When exposed to UV, the skin calls upon its defense mechanism to keep it protected. If the skin is not protected, you are potentially damaging conditions we are trying to treat.
Wearing SPF after your treatment applies ALL YEAR AROUND. Our Daily DNA lasts 4/5 months too if used daily!
