Things are a little different to how they used to be in the salon since we have reopened after Covid-19 and so we just wanted to let you know what to expect when visiting us and what our new salon guidelines are.
We are asking that all appointments are paid via card where possible. If you need to re arrange or cancel your appointment please ensure you give 24 hours notice to avoid losing 50% off your payment (loyalty points and gift vouchers are included in this)
As you have most likely seen, 4th July is the government date for the earliest we will be able to open. At the moment, this date is not for definite and is only a guideline and so until we are given a definite date that we can safely re open we will not be making appointments.
As much as we can’t wait to see you all and I’m working hard to prepare for reopening, I don’t want to start making appointments too early to then have to re contact you to move them if we are not allowed to open by 4th July.
Anyone that should have had an appointment during Lock down, you are already on our priority list to be contacted first as soon as we have an opening date. If you didn’t have an appointment and would like to be put on to our second list, please send us an email to littleluxury@live.com with your name, contact number and the treatments you are wanting to book and we will add you on!

Just before we had to temporarily close the salon due to Covid-19, we had taken on a brand new skin care brand. We had the training booked, our fabulous rep had been in showing us the basics of the products and brand, we had a launch offer ready and a launch night in the diary!!
We don’t want to wait until we can re open to show off this amazing brand and their beautiful products so we’ve put together an at home skin kit, a kit enough for you to do 1-2 full facials at home including cleansing, exfoliating, facial massage, mask, serums and mouisturisers.
The British Hair & Beauty awards take place every year and we are delighted to be shortlisted for the fourth year!

These awards are shortlisted off our customer reviews on Facebook, Google & our website along with mystery shoppers & phone calls! Now that we are finalists, the next stage will be to send in supporting evidence and then wait for the online results in June (praying we will be allowed a team night in/out to celebrate by then!!)

Well, we weren’t quite prepared for the thought of having to remove our beautiful nails hey!! But, we were prepared for you and just before we closed the salon due to Covid-19 we made some quick removal videos for your gel polish manicures and pedicures and your builder gel.
We have also created little removal kits (£10) which can be pre paid via paypal or over the phone card payment and either delivered to your door contact less or you can pick up from the salon (we are allowed to run a click and collect service) at an agreed time. The kits have everything you need for removal including a file, acetone, cotton pads, foil, cuticle oil and wooden stick.
So, we’re in lockdown. Climbing the walls, finding anything and everything to do!… Now is the perfect time to perfect your skincare routine!
