Dehydrated skin can appear dull, lifeless and sometimes grey in colour.

It is very common in dehydrated skin to have underlying congestion. The skin will have a parched appearance but most likely develops a shine through out the day or dehydrated skin can be very oily first thing in a morning before washing your face. Make up can disappear within a few hours of application.

Dehydration is a condition you develop because of lifestyle, environment and climate. There are many things that can cause dehydration, such as:

  • Drinking too much tea, coffee or alcohol
